good day everyone

i am atty makmod mending, jr., a native of maguindanao province.

i am currently a legal consultant to governor mangudadatu and also for the
mayor of Parang, Maguindanao.

i am currently the chief of education reform in our municipality of parang.

i am very much interested in OLPC and thus, i am asking for the mechanics/
procedures on how to bring this project to our impoverished province.
